Spice Road (The Spice Road Trilogy #1) I received an ARC and I’m leaving an honest review.I started it a few days before release day because I hoped Id be able to read it before it came out, but back then I wasnt in the mood for a long fantasy book, so I ended up leaving it for a bit. I came back to it a couple days ago because I was finally in the mood, but I still ended up DNFing it at 54% Spice Road (The Spice Road Trilogy #1) by Maiya Ibrahim

Saving the Whole Wide World (Hilo, #2) 5 Stars, Buy itA great little series continues. Razorwark is still on his way to earth and sends other rather cute creatures through the gates. The gang continues to fight. Hilo discovers all sorts of things he can do. DJ discovers what he’s good at. And of course it ends on a rather dramatic cliff hanger. The next book in the series isn’t due until Feb 21. Arg. I pre ordered it because Book 2 was even better than Book 1. Definitely a good series worth reading both to kids and adults who like kid books. Saving the Whole Wide World (Hilo, #2) by Judd Winick

The Practice Proposal (Suddenly Smitten, #1) Good Girl .. Bad Boy .. Baseball! This is a feel-good, sweet love story. Liza Sutherland isn’t looking for love. Not from a charity-auction date she didn’t even bid on and especially not with Nationals first baseman Cole Collins, the guy she obsessed over as an awkward teenager. She won’t get involved with a notorious player, no matter how attractive Cole is. Cole Collins is up for contract renegotiation, but after too many late-night parties, he’ll need some positive publicity before he can make the roster The Practice Proposal (Suddenly Smitten, #1) by Tracy March

The War of Two Queens (Blood and Ash, #4) edit: 18/04/22 DNF-ing ive seen everything there is to see lmao i cant stomach the emotional cheating, jla ruined this series for meas a reader i felt deeply betrayed and blindsided by what she pulled in the 4th book because i was clearly baited! authors mention beforehand if the book is going to be rh/poly but jla did neither, she marketed this series as poppycas endgame.jla basically confirmed the emotional cheating between poppy and kieran. she also mentioned she was interested in giving isbeth a redemption arc, isbeth who r*ped both malik and casteel. this just makes me sick to my stomach.
